Graciela Gamez, Esq.
A Florida native, Graciela “Grace” Gamez, has always wanted to be an attorney and enjoyed working in the legal field. While working for Florida Rural Legal Services, Grace obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Marketing at Florida Atlantic University and then attended Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida. While attending Barry University, Grace participated in the University’s Immigration Law Clinic and represented low-income clients in several immigration issues including removal proceedings. Grace also interned at the Orlando Immigration Court and worked with several law clerks and immigration judges gaining invaluable experience. After obtaining her Florida Bar license, Grace began working for a small successful immigration firm in the Orlando area and frequently practiced in front of the immigration judges she previously interned for. She also attended multiple interviews at the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services representing clients during their immigration process. Ready to bring her experience to the Treasure Coast, Grace opened her own office in Fort Pierce, her hometown, in 2017.
Audelia Vieyra is a paralegal at G. Gamez Law and brings over 20 years of experience. Audelia first began her legal career working for Florida Immigrant Advocacy Center (FIAC), now known as Americans for Immigrant Justice, as an accredited representative and assisted many immigrants throughout the years. After FIAC closed down their Fort Pierce office, Audelia began to work as a paralegal in a private immigration firm. Audelia has experience in preparing family-based petitions, petitions for adjustment of status, and waivers of inadmissibility.
Feliz Mojica is a paralegal at G. Gamez Law. Prior to working with G. Gamez Law, she devoted six years as a Legal Assistant for a private law firm with a concentration solely on Immigration Services. Through her career, Feliz has played a key role in aiding immigrants to obtain Legal Status in the United States. Feliz received a bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Indian River State College with honors. Before receiving her bachelor’s degree, she interned for the State Attorney’s Office. Feliz is driven by her passion to help others and applies that passion into her career as a Paralegal.
Before joining G. Gamez Law, Jennifer previously worked for Indian River State College, where she worked with a diverse group of individuals. During her time with Indian River State College, Jennifer worked with students and minorities on a regular basis, helping them navigate through the pressures of academics and life. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Indian River State College in May 2019 with highest honors. She was the president of Alpha Phi Sigma’s National Criminal Justice Honor Society and received the Club of the Year Award, against 20+ clubs. As a daughter of immigrants, Jennifer understands the hurdles and struggles many families go through here in the United States and in their home countries. Her passion to help others, allows her to make a connection with others and assist them in the best possible manner.

Gustavo Gamez is a part time employee at G. Gamez Law. He is responsible for developing the company's growth through creative marketing strategies and events. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Graphic & Web Design in 2012 from Indian River State College in Fort Pierce, Florida and completed the Web Development program at Seminole State College in Sanford, Florida. In addition to marketing & design, Gustavo keeps up to date with the latest trends in information technology and maintains all system applications, servers and networking infrastructures at the firm. Before working for G. Gamez Law, Gustavo worked for NBC's Golf Channel in Orlando and The Brandit Agency in Vero Beach where he gained lots of technical skills that he can apply to our law firm to make sure we are up to date on technology and ensure our data security.
